In the fall my parents picked apples by hand, as per Lemmon family tradition. I’ve had some chilling here for he months since and tonight I decided cut up the last apples, cover them in cinnamon and eat them. It was glorious, I assure you.

I think you should try it sometime. It was one of my favourite foods when I was a kid.
Is it a sweet apple? Sour ?
Usually a sweet or medium apple, but maybe sour would be good too.
I’m not sure if I have tried that or not, but I think I’ll have to do so.
I like to throw in some randomness here and there to keep things interesting.
