Gmail is now up to 2 gigs and is promising more. It’s nice to see the service is still evolving toward the public release. I have 50 invites. Anyone want one? It’s useful as a webdrive even if you don’t use it for e-mail.

Gmail is what is called a Beta release. These are tests periods where any problems with the software are ironed out before a product is released to the public and promoted. The invites are part of the beta process, limiting how many people use Gmail so that they not have their system overloaded or spammed with fake accounts. Basicly, we’re guinea pigs. Does that make more sense?
Both of our sites were up earlier today. FrozenTruth.com is down now as well. I think the server’s just having some downtime and should be back up later today.

I have 47 invites too LOL.
My favorite upgrade to Gmail is the rich text formatting. It was so annoying to have to use CAPS instead of italics. ^_^
I tend not to worry about formatting in e-mails so I likely won’t use it, but it’s a neat feature.
