  1. Hmm, I wonder if it will improve my Netbook’s performance and run temps. Going from XP to 7, and bumping the RAM up to 2GB helped a lot, but there’s only so much you can do, as Atom processors are junk.

In search of a good non-windows OS option for my Netbook I tried Jolicloud before, and it was legit though various issues with compatibility made it unrealistic to use as my fulltime OS while still in education and requiring my netbook first and foremost to be able to word process effectively! Might try running this off USB and having a poke around, as I was reading recently about people having used Gingerbread on Netbooks with limited success and I’m in no doubt ICS would do a better job at it. I bet it’s quick.
