If you have not tried cold-brew coffee, I might be about to change your life. I’ve been making and drinking it for a couple weeks and I can’t imagine going back to normal coffee again.
Making cold-brew coffee is simple. There are a number of variations, but here’s how I do it:
I take a 4 litre glass jar, add 1-2 cups of ground coffee, fill the jar with cold water and place it in the fridge overnight. In the morning I pour the coffee through a filter and then add cold or boiling water in a 1:1 ratio (if I have 1 cup of the concentrated coffee I made, I add 1 cup of water).
The resulting coffee lacks the bitterness of hot-brewed coffee but is stronger and more flavourful. I feel great after drinking it.
If you try this method, I think you’ll have a hard time making coffee any other way.

Just tried this at my son’s last week. He made his in a quart jar. Tasty for sure. He warmed his on the stove after mixing 1:1 with cold water.
Looking forward trying it tomorrow morning <3
