It’s fascinating that I would stumble across this. I love my brasicas, raw, cooked, fermented is the best!
what’s fascinating is that I was just reading an article warning against o high of a consumption. Which makes sense, to much of anything it bad, but that’s why I rotate my greens. so it all works out.
