A group of environmentalists, labour leaders, and people of the left are proposing a way to reinvigorate Canada’s postal system by using it to deliver banking to small communities, to help farmers deliver food directly to homes, to promote environmentally responsible transportation and to improve the lives of our elders. Rather than dismantling our social infrastructure, this proposal would bring greater strength to our communities, especially those in rural areas.
