Dinner at The Coup

For my last meal in Calgary I decided to head over for a solo dinner at The Coup, which had been recommended as a great vegan-friendly spot. The staff was attentive and super personable and the food was absolutely wonderful. I had their giant panda dish and warmed up with a coconut rum chai latte.
