Stack Clean: Redline #3

I’m finally at the bottom of the stack of physical comic issues I had build up, and I have to say it’s a relief. I’ll be happy to go back to reading digital issues that I actually expect to enjoy.

Redline is a sci fi military noir, and the military part of it is definitely off-putting for me. The story has little hooks that almost make me want to keep reading, but the characters don’t do anything for me.

Superintendant Denton Coyle continues piecing together the sliding puzzle of bombs, dead aliens, and his fractured past, culminating in a showdown with everyone’s favorite corporate suit, Anya Belikova. Meanwhile, the rest of the planet obsesses over a dumb dog. C’mon people, priorities!
