The second issue of Antarctic Press’ Arya anthology was a treat, with two charming stories. Shan Horan‘s space adventure was fun throughout but the 3DS popping up made it all the more special. Their insert art were also highlights. Mira Ong Chua‘s witches’ first date story perfectly captured the nervous energy of dating. This was a good one.
Our second salvo of female comic talent contains two new short stories that are out of this world! In Shan Murphy’s “Corporeal”, a bunny on a seriously cute space mission befriends a helpful alien. In Miran Ong Chua’s “Put A Spell On Me”, two wizard girls go on their very first date. New illustrations, too!
