100 Push-Up Challenge II Week 2

I followed through on another week of the 100 Push-Up Challenge and felt pushed by the reps by the end of this week.

I followed through on another week of the 100 Push-Up Challenge and felt pushed by the reps by the end of this week. I’ve also been doing some additional exercising that includes stretching and gentle strength training, and that has been a nice compliment.
