This recipe makes a flavour-rich vegan queso that’s perfect for dipping or adding as a condiment. It’s fast, simple and delicious.

Ingredients
¾ cup hot water
1 cup raw cashews
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp Sriracha or another hot sauce
Directions
- Pour ½ cup water into a blender and add the other ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and thick, adding more water as needed.
- Serve as a dip or on any food you would add a cheese sauce.
