This recipe produces a creamy, flavourful salad with delightful texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned corn

  • 1½ cups sauerkraut

  • 5 tbsp ranch dressing (I use Daiya Homestyle Ranch Dressing)

  • 3 tsp brown sugar

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Drain corn and sauerkraut.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Serve.
