Ingredients
1 cup canned corn
1½ cups sauerkraut
5 tbsp ranch dressing (I use Daiya Homestyle Ranch Dressing)
3 tsp brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Drain corn and sauerkraut.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Serve.
