I’ve been happily drinking cold brew coffee for years and have a simple setup I use when making it. You’ll have delicious, flavourful coffee to enjoy with minimal effort.
For my cold brew setup I use an infuser pitcher and a fine mesh bag to keep things easier to clean up and pour. It probably takes longer for the coffee to become strong using this method, but I find it easier.

⅔ cups ground coffee
2 L cold water
- Place ground coffee in a fine mesh bag and place it in a pitcher with more than 2 L capacity. If using an infuser pitcher, place the bag in the infuser before filling with the ground coffee.
- Pour cold water into the pitcher.
- Place in a refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
- Stir to ensure even distribution of flavour and serve.
