Krayonela‘s Bangon is a beautiful short comic about morning rituals and relationships. It’s mostly silent, with some Tagalog phrases that can be interpreted by context. The comic follows a ghost preparing a morning coffee for their partner. The art creates a wonderful feeling of place and pacing that evokes so much in just a few pages.
