This week on the fediverse held quiet delights.

This weekend I had a few reminders about Robotech, and watched the first episode tonight.

Growing up, my only exposure to Robotech or Macross was through the Robotech comics, and I’ve never really gotten into the anime.

Watching tonight I was delighted by fashion and hair styles, and am a bit colder on the story so far. The mecha have always seemed a bit off to me for no reason I can pin down.

I started listening to the Do You Remember Robotech? podcast and that’s definitely enhancing the experience.

Celestine brought home Kunoichi Bunny in a themed library bag of Asian heritage books and this is the one I enjoyed reading to her most. It’s a mostly wordless comic about a day in the life of a girl, her bunny plush, and her dad. It was relatable and an adorable read.

I updated my Akkoma and Mangane versions tonight and https://cozymech.com feels fresh now.

Flavoured sodas are not always great, but peach Pepsi was surprisingly just right.
