It was a quieter week for me on and off the fediverse.

I don’t recall exactly when this foil-enhanced wizard print entered my home, but I had to capture it before sending it out into the world to find a new home.

A foil-enhanced print of a wizard holding a staff with an owl perched on his shoulder.

Today I’m noticing wizards.

An "AI is for losers Support real art" sticker is above one of a wizard holding a staff with a shuriken embedded in it with an eagle swooping past.

RinNoreen (Noreen Pace)’s vocals on this cover of “The Way” from Xenoblade Chronicles X are beautiful. It’s featured on Jack Harvey’s tribute album, Escape to Mira.

Leaves have filled out around the path at the local park where I like to visit on my lunchtime walks.

It’s an off week for my D&D group, but I’m wearing my r20 and keeping dice nearby as I keep an eye on the last hours of the Neon Odyssey Kickstarter.

A hand holds a purple stone and tiny RPG metal dice. An r20 (a ring that can roll a 20-sided die) is on the ring finger of the hand.

There are many ways AEW is better aligned with my tastes and values than other wrestling promotions, but Excalibur signing off with the trans-affirming “Fix your hearts or die, this is All Elite Wrestling!” on Wednesday’s Dynamite stands in such clear contrast to the Trump-aligned WWE.
