Night

I’ve spent most of the night relaxing… I talked to Ashley some, played some N64 with Nathan (dead_smurf) and talked to Wanda(nicokeenan).

I hadn’t talked to Wanda in months so it has been really nice to catch up with her. 😀 She said the following in her journal:

Tonight I saw something I’ve never seen before. Two people completely and madly in love… willing to do anything for each other. Including moving to another country if need be. Two people who want so badly to be together that nothing has stood in their way. I could see it all in one picture. I’d heard Apollo talk about how much he loved Ashley, and to be honest, I wondered how it could work. Then I hadn’t talked to him for months and months until this evening. He told me that she had come down in December and stayed with him for eight days… and I saw the picture. It was so beautiful.

I thought that was really sweet O:)

Otherwise tonight I started reading an anthology called Snow White, Blood Red, a collection of reworkings of classic fairytales aimed at adults. It features, among many others, Charles de Lint, Tanith Lee, Elizabeth A. Lynn, Neil Gaiman and Jane Yolen. It should prove to be a good bridge between the two Terry Brooks novels.
