Project Digital Knapsack is underway…
I remember when I was a kid I would always wish I had a way to keep everything I owned, from books to toys and food to who know what else, in a single place… Perhaps this is an extension? Was I a minimalist in my youth and just not aware of it? Unlikely, for I did want to have lots of stuff. Now I want to have as little stuff as possible. Or rather, I want to have only stuff that matters. Music, books, some treasured letters and other items, some clothes and means to communicate are all I want with me.
I destroyed an editing test today. I think it’s safe to say I have the basics of the English language down well enough. I knew it all, and all is well. Yeah, I’ll easily be able to handle being an English major if I choose that path after my year of observing my wandering mind and drawing maps of where it travels.
