Mark, from Shiny Plastic Bag, has been working on a really great project called Link Pool for some months now. I’ve been using a local version of it for some time now to keep a listing of links right here at Frozen Truth dot com. Now Mark has released the most innovative step in the Link Pool legacy. It’s a global linkpool for everyone on the net to access and add to their site!
You can find both the global and local link pools on the sidebar of my website. I encourage you to add it to your own!
Linkpool is an interactive link sidebar that anybody can add to their website. It’s connected so when Bob posts a link on his Linkpool, it shows up on Sally’s Linkpool as well. There is also a Linkpool RSS feed for each individual category as well as the latest 15 links.
It is a great way to get exposed to new and interesting sites, as well as to gain some exposure for those who submit links (submitters are linked in the Linkpool!). It is open to absolutely anyone with a web site.
