Last week I was changing some settings on my domain and reached out to my registrar, http://hover.com. I received friendly, quick and efficient support right away. It was a great customer experience. Today I received a postcard in the mail from the person who helped me. That kind of personal touch is so rare and special. I was already a big fan of Hover because of past support and the presentation of their services, but now I’ll enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking to register a domain.
