
This morning I made some dishes that were modified from recipes by Astig Vegan (http://www.astigvegan.com/). I made two adobo dishes (http://www.astigvegan.com/the-complete-adobo-series/), one with kale and banana blossoms and another with enoki mushrooms and jackfruit. To go with the two adobo variations I made some sinangag or garlic fried rice (http://www.astigvegan.com/vegan-longsilog-recipe/).
