This morning I tried Gusta‘s Vegan Seitan Stick Pizzaroni simply fried in a pan. It was close enough to what I remember real pepperoni tasting and just delicious on its own. It’s great to see items like this popping up at local grocery stores, but hopefully prices will come down in time.
