My next short running mission will be The English Channel Virtual Challenge, the last of the shorter of The Conqueror challenges I have to complete. I’ve been happy to have strong motivation and consistency with my running habits and keeping a steady stream of goals and small rewards has helped.

The English Channel Virtual Fitness Challenge takes you 21 miles across the width of the English Channel between England and France.

  1. Yesterday I wrapped up running the English Channel Virtual Challenge, which I started just over a week ago. I’ve enjoyed finishing up the last of the short challenges offered by The Conqueror and it has been good motivation to keep up the habit of running at every chance I get.
