Back in 2020 I did a 100 push-up challenge to start the year, building up to being able to do 100 push-ups at once. This year I want to do more to increase my strength and overall fitness, so I thought this would be a fairly simple way to start off and build a routine through the winter.
As I did 2 years ago, I’m using the 0-100 Pushups Trainer app from the Zen Challenge Series to give myself some structure and guidance.

This week I started doing a 200 Squat Challenge. I’m using 0-200 Squats Legs Trainer to guide my challenge, just as I did for the two previous challenges. I’m starting a new cycle of push-ups and sit-ups alongside the new challenge, and I’m also adding in a 7 Minute Workout session to the mix.
