I started the year adding new strength exercises to my routine, first doing a 100 Push-Up Challenge and then doing a 200 Sit-Up Challenge. This week I started doing a 200 Squat Challenge.
I’m using 0-200 Squats Legs Trainer to guide my challenge, just as I did for the two previous challenges. I’m starting a new cycle of push-ups and sit-ups alongside the new challenge, and I’m also adding in a 7 Minute Workout session to the mix.
I’ve been seeing modest improvements in my strength and flexibility, and I expect I will continue to add in more and more exercises as the year progresses so I can maintain my progress.
