This was a busy week for me, with moments stolen away for the fediverse and closing with a visit to my aunt’s home in Hilden for her 80th birthday celebration.

I’ve been rereading the first three of Robert Asprin ‘s Myth Adventures novels this month. The puns hurt, and there are awkward choices all over these stories, but there’s something charming too. I think Phil Foglio’s comics and cover illustrations left a lasting positive framing of the series for me.

Today’s Paper App Dungeon Floor (24) was brutal. The enemies were positioned so that it would have been impossible to survive if I didn’t start the floor with full health. As it was, I lucked out on my rolls and made it through.

Flying Together, the multiplayer (epistolary play) addition for Koriko, has been released.

I didn’t catch it when it was first released earlier this year, but this week I’ve been enjoying Pixel Mixers’ , an album of covers from the soundtrack of the first Xenoblade game.

  1. @apollo Hiya, I'm new to Mastodon and was searching for any fans of Robert Asprins' "Myth Adventure" series. I'm currently developing a Fan Film based on the first novel "Another Fine Myth".

    It's a no-budget quest with heart, humor, and chaos made using open-source software.
