We visited a pair of beaches around Surrey for our last full day in British Columbia.

Our first stop was Mud Bay Park, where there were more blackberries than I think I’ve ever seen in one place. The paths were pleasant, but the beaches were as muddy as the name suggests.

Crescent Beach was much more the classic sandy beach for swimming, sunbathing, and volleyball. Celestine loved looking for sea life along the water. The building for washroom had a vibrant mural on its side that caught my eye.
