Running this last mission of Dustland Runner was bittersweet. It ends with a cliffhanger, and has left the story at a place I’d like for it to continue. The app seems to have been abandoned, frustratingly, so the story may never be concluded.
The experience of Dustland Runner is buggy and unpolished, but there was promise here. The app’s shop and many features no longer work, signaling its abandonment. Maybe the story will be brought to ZRX someday since it was made by a sister company to Six to Start, maker of Zombies, Run!, but there’ll still be something lost if that happens.
