I’m very much hooked on M.I.A. She’s made such a refreshing blend of dance, hiphop, pop and social awareness (she’s a refugee and references the militant strife of Sri Lanka).

  1. You mean you’re a big Pink Floyd fan too? 😉 *sings* “All and all, you’re just another brick in the wall”

I took a look at the GGD site and the letter makes the new album sound promising. I’ll be looking forward to hearing it.

Did you ever manage to figure out how to play “Strange Faces”?

Yeah, I did listen to the Ani songs. I really liked them. I haven’t yet gotten the Mr. Mayer stuff, but I’m patient.

  2. Well, if I don’t have it by Wednesday you can send it my way. 🙂

I didn’t expect Ashley to be reading, honestly, so I can understand your surprise as well. I put it on my “romance” (Ashley’s not on this one) and “disciples” filters and hadn’t thought she might look. I know you didn’t intend to cause any drama.
