Today I ran the Run with the Ancestors virtual race. It was good to get out for a winter run after avoiding the sidewalks because of ice. I still slipped some, but it was overall a strong run. The virtual race was overall well done, but some of the phrasing in the narration seemed glaringly out of touch and colored by a colonial view.

I re-ran the Run with the Ancestors virtual race I did around this time last year and enjoyed being taken through early human history again.
