Tonet and I had dinner Sunday at Envie, one of the vegan restaurants here in Halifax. It’s on the higher end of what I’m willing to spend when eating out, but the food is stellar. The matcha latte, king wings (oyster mushroom cutlets), cheezeburger (seitan patty), chickpea and vegetable soup and cheezecake (with dulce de leche) were all delicious.
