The ROM hacking hero toruzz has followed up the superb Super Mario Land 2 DX with Super Mario Land DX. This first Super Mario Land game wasn’t one I loved as much as its sequel, but the fresh coat of paint makes it a lot more fun to play. Playing the game again this morning on a GBA using a flash card was a treat.
Super Mario Land DX is a romhack of the original Super Mario Land for the Game Boy that turns the game into a Game Boy Color game. It adds color and changes the graphics to give the game a modern look.
