Saturday I stopped in at Real Fake Meats for the first time and took home their goatless cheeze. It was a perfect match for the flavour and texture I remember of actual goat cheese. I enjoyed it paired simply with sliced tomatoes on wraps and will be looking forward to exploring more of their extensive menu.
There are more and more vegan shops and restaurants around Halifax, but I don’t get out very often. This spot is close and I can take things home, so it’s going to be one I keep in mind.
