Stack Clean: Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe Again #4

Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe Again #4 was a flat experience for me, with none of what I enjoy from the character and nothing that made me want more of this take on him.

Deadpool is a character I like a lot in some settings. I think he was a wonderful foil in the Cable & Deadpool (2004) series and I enjoyed the film version of him well enough. Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe Again #4, though, was a flat experience for me, with none of what I enjoy from the character and nothing that made me want more of this take on him. There was some fun and clever art for the book by Dalibor Talajic and that was definitely the highlight in this issue. That and the cameo from Gwenpool kept the issue from being just a bummer.
