As weather worsens for through the autumn I notice I’m running a bit more sluggishly. Part of it is switching to heavier running shoes and away from sandals and minimalist shoes. It would be nice to find a good minimal shoe that is affordable and can stand up to the winter weather that will be here all too soon.
