I’m listening to The Tome Show and am very intrigued by their review of Flee Mortals, which brings some of the best bits of 4e D&D to 5e with a new take on the monster manual.
Chilling Adventures Presents… Strange Science is a one-shot sci-fi horror time travel comic and also a trans story. It’s another of the stellar reimaginings of the traditional Archie stories enriched by genre and diversity enhancements.
Celestine’s last day of daycare will be August 30th, but today she had her graduation photo. It seems like just yesterday she was about to start daycare when the pandemic hit and delayed her start. Now she’s starting pre-primary at the local elementary school in just a couple weeks.
I finally finished Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Future Redeemed this afternoon. It was a satisfying way to wrap up the best trilogy in gaming. There are still so many questions after this DLC story, and the wait for the next Xenoblade game will feel endless. I’ll keep my hope up for a release of Xenoblade Chronicles X on a portable system soon.
This afternoon I retrieved the master sword in Tears of the Kingdom. It was such an epic and satisfying moment. I’m not sure how much is ahead of me in the game, but this felt like the biggest milestone so far.
