Run 2024.05.04

I had a great long run along the waterfront and then through Point Pleasant Park. On my last kilometer I tumbled after my left toe hit a rail as a crossed a rail line. I scraped my right elbow, skinned my left knee, and fell on my left arm. I wrapped up soon after and definitely feel my arm being banged up.
